This project at the
Northshore Mall renovated an existing tenant space for a new showroom.
The design included construction of a new salesman work area and new enclosed
management office. New lighting installed to highlight displays and new
power distribution was provided to power several clusters of electronic
instruments. Gienapp Design also provided graphic design services for
all store signage.
Our Services included careful coordination with the contractor to quickly obtain the building permit and start construction while the design was being finalized. At the owner’s request the project was administered as a Design/Build project to expedite the project and minimize the Owner’s time committment to the construction aspects of opening the new store.
