This new three-story building is technically an addition to an existing one story wood frame building on the front of the site. The new building replaces a dilapidated one-story storage shed behind the existing store. The completed building provides 3,000 square feet of Retail space and 3,000 square feet of warehouse storage on the first floor. There is 5,000 square feet or leased office space on each the second and third floors. The CADD rendering was prepared to clearly represent compliance with Planning Board approval requirements.
