COMMERCIAL FACADES
Maynard, MA

As Architect for Maynard's Commercial Property Improvements Program, Gienapp Design is providing design services for seven properties. Five projects are comprehensive facade improvement projects and two projects are for new signs and awnings only. The project is funded by a CDBG grant. We are now performing a similar project for the Town of Norwood.
Gienapp Design is providing full Architectural Services for each of the projects including:

1. Schematic Initial meeting, assess existing conditions, Schematic Design, Schematic Review meeting, preliminary Cost Estimate, prepare MHC 106 when required.
2. Planning Board Attend Planning Board meeting (each meeting may include more than 1 project).
3. Bid Documents Prepare Bid Documents and meet with contractors to review projects.
4. Bidding Assist with review of Bids and Contractor selection.
5. Construction Administration Assistance in review of shop drawings and site visits as requested.
6. Final Inspection.
