Gienapp Design Associates, LLC is a full service architectural firm serving public and private clients. Our practice is guided by two main objectives:

Our experience includes numerous projects with complex permitting and approval requirements, from healthcare licensing to conservation and environmental issues. To expedite projects for our clients we have developed relationships with code consultants ready to join our team to expedite the permitting process by minimizing any post-submission difficulties.
