This project provides
24 town house units for Over-50 living. The development is an affordable
housing project under MGL chapter 40 B. One-quarter of the units will
be sold at below market rate to persons with demonstrated financial needs.
The homes feature optional second floor lofts with views to the two-story living room and full basements. The buildings have cedar shingle siding, clapboard siding, and asphalt shingle roof.
The complex includes a central community building with a library, recreation hall, meeting room, and kitchenette.
The project is currently under construction, and will be ready for occupancy in early 2004.
